I Love Morning Yoga!

For the past month or so, I've been giving myself a no pressure 30 day-challenge of doing a little bit of yoga in the morning. I'm loving this routine from Sarah Beth Yoga to get my day started. 
It's about 15 minutes long, energizing, relaxing, and great to follow without looking up.

Anyway, I am happy to announce that the yoga is sticking. 

Not only is it good for flexibility, but it's also good for taking a step back from the world, it's really inexpensive to practice, and you can do it at home. Make sure that you check with a doctor before beginning any exercise plan to make sure that it's right for you and it's also a good idea to get some basic instruction from a live teacher to make sure you really understand the poses, but this is a really great video.
